One calm record, from front desk to signed note.
JONAH EMR runs the whole outpatient visit for Indonesian clinics: registration, triage, consult, pharmacy, cashier and SATUSEHAT reporting. Its AI scribe drafts the note in Bahasa Indonesia while you talk. You review. You sign.
Product screens use demo data and fictional patients.

Watch one patient go through the clinic
Siti arrives with a fever. In under forty seconds she is registered, triaged, seen, signed off, dispensed, billed and reported. Jump to any step.
What happens in this video
- Front desk finds the patient by NIK and checks her in; a queue number is issued.
- Triage records vitals; out-of-range values turn amber and a penicillin allergy is recorded.
- The doctor records the consult; the AI transcribes Bahasa Indonesia and surfaces findings, striking out denied symptoms.
- The AI drafts a SOAP note; the doctor inserts it, adds ICD-10 and a KFA prescription, then signs.
- Pharmacy checks the prescription against the allergy, prints the label and dispenses first-expiry-first-out.
- The cashier takes payment by QRIS.
- FHIR resources are sent to the SATUSEHAT sandbox, with retries.
The whole visit, in the order your clinic works
Each step hands the patient to the next with nothing retyped. The screens follow the clinic's own words: Pendaftaran, Triase, Poli Dokter, Farmasi, Kasir.
The note writes itself. The decision stays yours.
JONAH listens to the consultation in Bahasa Indonesia, drafts the SOAP note in the format a klinik pratama uses, and can research a cited second opinion in the background.
- Hears "no". Denied symptoms and a neighbour's illness are struck out, not written up.
- Reads only de-identified text. Names, NIK and addresses are removed first. Audio is never stored.
- Inserts nothing on its own. Every line enters the note by the doctor's click, and is logged.
- Shows its sources. Second-opinion candidates without a citation are not shown.
What happens in this video
- Transcription in Bahasa Indonesia; English is detected and routed; other languages are marked, not guessed. Audio is never stored.
- Findings surface as chips; denied symptoms and other people's illness are struck out.
- Names, NIK and addresses are replaced before any text reaches the AI.
- A SOAP draft appears; the doctor inserts it field by field, and each insert is logged.
- A cited differential appears with sources for and against and amber danger signs; the doctor chooses.
Six ways into one record
Every role gets its own home screen and only the tools it needs. Screens a role may not use are hidden, not greyed out with an error.
Consult with the AI scribe, code in ICD-10, prescribe from KFA, and sign once. Full read access to the patient's journey.
For doctorsWho can see what, a complete audit trail, SATUSEHAT reporting, and the clinic's data exportable at any time.
For ownersTablet-friendly vitals with child ranges and allergies.
For nursesFind by NIK, register, check in, print the queue ticket.
For front deskAllergy and class checks, labels, first-expiry-first-out.
For pharmacistsOrders arrive with LOINC codes; results are checked against reference ranges and land back in the doctor's visit.
For the labNext: care that does not wait for a keyboard.
We are extending JONAH beyond the screen: any Bluetooth earbuds for hands-free scribing and live translation, the phone camera as a companion, and smart glasses once a platform can be published and supported in Indonesia.
- Phone and earbuds first. Hardware clinics already own, before anything new to buy.
- Consent first. A visible recording state, patient consent, and video frames held in memory only, never written.
- The same rule. Devices suggest; the doctor decides and signs.
Built for the rules Indonesian clinics live under
We publish what is verified, what is in progress, and what is planned. No badge until it is earned.
Signed, versioned records
Signing closes the visit. Later edits keep the original and record who changed what, designed for 25-year retention under Permenkes 24/2022.
Live in betaNamed users, full audit
Individual logins and an audit log of sign-ins, edits, signatures, overrides and exports.
Live in betaSATUSEHAT reporting
Patient, Encounter, Condition, Observation and medication resources, sent with retries.
Sandbox-testedAudio never stored
Consultation audio is processed and discarded. De-identified text only reaches the AI.
Live in betaYour data, exportable
The whole clinic record exports in one file, any time. A compliance duty, not a paid extra.
Live in betaHosting in Indonesia
Production hosting in an Indonesian cloud region is prepared and will go live before general release.
In preparationStart with the record. Add AI when you are ready.

Questions clinics ask first
Is JONAH available now?
JONAH EMR is in beta and preparing its first pilot clinic in Indonesia. We are taking a small number of clinics for walkthroughs and the next pilot wave. Features marked Planned on this site are not available yet.
Does it connect to SATUSEHAT?
Yes. JONAH sends FHIR R4 resources (patient, visit, diagnosis, vitals, prescription and dispensing) and has completed a full outpatient visit in the Kemenkes sandbox. A live connection uses your clinic's own SATUSEHAT credentials once your registration is approved. Records made before then can be sent later in one step.
Does the AI make the diagnosis?
No. The AI drafts and suggests; the doctor decides. Nothing enters the medical record without the doctor's click, and the second opinion shows its sources for and against each candidate.
Do you record and keep the consultation?
Audio is processed into text and then discarded. It is never stored. Only de-identified text is sent to the AI, and the raw transcript is purged after 24 hours.
What about BPJS?
BPJS P-Care bridging is on our roadmap and is not available yet. See the roadmap for what is live, next and later.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. An admin can export the whole clinic record in one file at any time, at no charge.
See JONAH run your clinic's day.
