JONAHEMR

Every step of the visit, in one record.

JONAH EMR is the system of record for the outpatient visit. Each module hands the patient to the next, with the same patient, the same visit and nothing retyped. Labels are in Bahasa Indonesia, exactly as your staff say them.

What happens in this video
  1. Front desk finds the patient by NIK and checks her in; a queue number is issued.
  2. Triage records vitals; out-of-range values turn amber and a penicillin allergy is recorded.
  3. The doctor records the consult; the AI transcribes Bahasa Indonesia and surfaces findings, striking out denied symptoms.
  4. The AI drafts a SOAP note; the doctor inserts it, adds ICD-10 and a KFA prescription, then signs.
  5. Pharmacy checks the prescription against the allergy, prints the label and dispenses first-expiry-first-out.
  6. The cashier takes payment by QRIS.
  7. FHIR resources are sent to the SATUSEHAT sandbox, with retries.

Pendaftaran · front desk

Find the patient by NIK, name or phone. Register new patients with the fields that matter, and check them in with a queue number that is unique for the clinic and the day.

  • One NIK, one patient. A duplicate NIK is refused and names the patient who already holds it.
  • Queue numbers that never repeat, even when two desks check in at the same moment.
  • Printable queue ticket from any browser.
  • Audited edits. Changing a phone or address records before and after, with who and when.

What happens in this video
  1. A new patient is registered: name, 16-digit NIK, date of birth, sex and phone.
  2. A NIK that already exists is refused, naming the patient who holds it.
  3. Check-in issues a unique queue number for the day and prints a ticket.
  4. A phone number change is saved with a before-and-after audit entry.

Triase · vitals and allergies

Eight vitals as discrete fields, each saved with its LOINC code. Ranges follow the patient's age, with seven child bands and adults, and flags turn amber as you type.

  • Age-banded ranges agreed with a practising doctor, so a child's pulse is judged as a child's.
  • Impossible readings refused, such as a systolic at or below the diastolic.
  • Flags never block care. They inform the doctor; they do not stop the visit.
  • Allergies recorded once, then checked in the consult and again in the pharmacy.
For nurses

What happens in this video
  1. The nurse picks the next patient from the triage queue.
  2. Vitals for a four-year-old are checked against child ranges; out-of-range values turn amber.
  3. A systolic lower than the diastolic is refused with a plain explanation.
  4. An allergy is recorded and the patient moves to the doctor's queue.

Poli Dokter · consult and sign

A SOAP note laid out the way Indonesian GPs write it, with vitals already filled from triage. Diagnose in ICD-10, prescribe from the national KFA catalogue, order labs by LOINC, then sign once.

  • ICD-10 search in Indonesian or English, by code or term.
  • KFA e-prescribing. Search by generic or brand; the record stores the national KFA code.
  • Simpan & tanda tangan. One button saves, signs and closes the visit.
  • Versioned amendments. A signed note can be corrected; the original is kept and the change is attributed.
  • With JONAH AI: the note drafts itself from the conversation. See JONAH AI.
For doctors
0:33
What happens in this video
  1. Transcription in Bahasa Indonesia; English is detected and routed; other languages are marked, not guessed. Audio is never stored.
  2. Findings surface as chips; denied symptoms and other people's illness are struck out.
  3. Names, NIK and addresses are replaced before any text reaches the AI.
  4. A SOAP draft appears; the doctor inserts it field by field, and each insert is logged.
  5. A cited differential appears with sources for and against and amber danger signs; the doctor chooses.

Farmasi · check, label, dispense

Every prescription is checked against the patient's allergies, drug class and active ingredients before it is handed over. Stock is issued first-expiry-first-out.

  • Allergy and class checks. A known allergy shows red; a related class, such as a cephalosporin after a penicillin allergy, shows amber.
  • Duplicate therapy caught by active ingredient.
  • Overrides need a written reason, enforced by the server and logged.
  • Etiket obat dosage labels, FEFO stock and batches expiring within 60 days.
What the check does not do yetDosage-range and drug-to-drug interaction checks are on the roadmap. The check reports what it could not evaluate and never declares a prescription "safe".
For pharmacists
0:21
What happens in this video
  1. A penicillin allergy blocks amoxicillin in red; cefixime is flagged amber for possible cross-reaction.
  2. Handing over past an allergy flag is refused until a written reason is given; it is audited.
  3. A dosage label prints and stock is issued first-expiry-first-out, with near-expiry batches listed.

Laboratorium · orders and results

Doctors order from the consult; each request carries its LOINC code. The lab enters results against reference ranges and they appear in the visit they belong to.

  • Search the lab catalogue from the consult screen.
  • Out-of-range results flagged as they are entered.
  • Results linked to the visit, not to a paper slip.
Coming nextPrintable lab reports and sending lab results to SATUSEHAT.
For the lab

What happens in this video
  1. The doctor orders a full blood count by LOINC code from the consult.
  2. The lab enters results; values below range are flagged amber.
  3. The flagged results appear in the doctor's consult.

Data Pasien · the lifelong record

Every visit, diagnosis and signature in one place, built so nothing is silently lost: Permenkes 24/2022 asks clinics to keep medical records for 25 years.

  • Riwayat rekam medis. Every visit with its diagnoses and signed status.
  • View-only record pages for reading past visits without the risk of editing them.
  • Nothing hard-deleted. Retracted diagnoses are kept as history; amendments keep the original.
  • One primary diagnosis per visit, enforced.

SATUSEHAT · reported, with retries

JONAH sends the visit to SATUSEHAT as FHIR R4 resources in the background. If the national platform is slow or down, records wait in a queue and retry; an admin can resend every failure in one click.

Resources
Patient, Encounter, Condition (ICD-10), Observation (vitals, LOINC), MedicationRequest, MedicationDispense
Tested
A complete outpatient visit accepted end to end by the Kemenkes sandbox
Go-live
Uses your clinic's own credentials once your SATUSEHAT registration is approved
Backfill
Visits recorded before you connect are sent later in one step, without duplicates
Honest by designA drug whose route or unit cannot be coded is held back rather than guessed. The admin screen shows exactly what is waiting and why.
0:23
What happens in this video
  1. Six roles, each seeing only its own screens.
  2. The audit log attributes every sign-in, edit, signature, override and export.
  3. Failed SATUSEHAT sends wait in a queue; one click retries them (sandbox).
  4. The whole clinic record exports in one file.
