One visit, end to end

Front desk to SATUSEHAT for a single patient, across all six roles.

0:33
What happens in this video
  1. Front desk finds the patient by NIK and checks her in; a queue number is issued.
  2. Triage records vitals; out-of-range values turn amber and a penicillin allergy is recorded.
  3. The doctor records the consult; the AI transcribes Bahasa Indonesia and surfaces findings, striking out denied symptoms.
  4. The AI drafts a SOAP note; the doctor inserts it, adds ICD-10 and a KFA prescription, then signs.
  5. Pharmacy checks the prescription against the allergy, prints the label and dispenses first-expiry-first-out.
  6. The cashier takes payment by QRIS.
  7. FHIR resources are sent to the SATUSEHAT sandbox, with retries.

What happens in this video
  1. Transcription in Bahasa Indonesia; English is detected and routed; other languages are marked, not guessed. Audio is never stored.
  2. Findings surface as chips; denied symptoms and other people's illness are struck out.
  3. Names, NIK and addresses are replaced before any text reaches the AI.
  4. A SOAP draft appears; the doctor inserts it field by field, and each insert is logged.
  5. A cited differential appears with sources for and against and amber danger signs; the doctor chooses.

What happens in this video
  1. Six roles, each seeing only its own screens.
  2. The audit log attributes every sign-in, edit, signature, override and export.
  3. Failed SATUSEHAT sends wait in a queue; one click retries them (sandbox).
  4. The whole clinic record exports in one file.

For owners

All videos show demo data and fictional patients. Screens are shown in Bahasa Indonesia, as clinic staff use them. SATUSEHAT steps run against the Kemenkes sandbox.
