One record. Six ways in.
Each person in the clinic signs in with their own account and lands on their own home screen. They see the tools for their job, and nothing they should not touch. Choose a role to see how JONAH works for them.
Look at the patient, not the keyboard.
JONAH drafts the note from the conversation, carries triage vitals into your SOAP, and lets you code, prescribe, order and sign from one screen. You keep full read access to the patient's whole journey.
- Documentation done before the patient leaves. The scribe drafts while you examine. You insert what you agree with; nothing is written for you.
- Code and prescribe without hunting. ICD-10 search in Indonesian or English; KFA search by generic or brand.
- Corrections without fear. Signed notes can be amended; the original and your signature are kept, and the change is attributed.
What happens in this video
- Transcription in Bahasa Indonesia; English is detected and routed; other languages are marked, not guessed. Audio is never stored.
- Findings surface as chips; denied symptoms and other people's illness are struck out.
- Names, NIK and addresses are replaced before any text reaches the AI.
- A SOAP draft appears; the doctor inserts it field by field, and each insert is logged.
- A cited differential appears with sources for and against and amber danger signs; the doctor chooses.
Triage that knows a child from an adult.
Large touch targets for a tablet, vitals as clean numbers, age-banded ranges that flag as you type, and allergies captured once for the whole visit.
- Ranges that fit the patient. Seven child age bands plus adult, agreed with a practising doctor.
- Typos caught, not saved. Impossible readings, such as a systolic below the diastolic, are refused with the reason.
- Allergies that follow the patient. What you record is checked again when the doctor prescribes and when the pharmacy dispenses.
What happens in this video
- The nurse picks the next patient from the triage queue.
- Vitals for a four-year-old are checked against child ranges; out-of-range values turn amber.
- A systolic lower than the diastolic is refused with a plain explanation.
- An allergy is recorded and the patient moves to the doctor's queue.
A calmer front desk, from the first hello.
Find any patient by NIK, name or phone. Register new patients in under a minute, check them in with a queue number that never repeats, and print the ticket.
- Find anyone in seconds. NIK, name or phone, from one search box.
- No duplicate patients. A NIK that already exists is refused, and JONAH tells you whose record to open.
- A queue that never collides. Numbers are unique per clinic per day, even with two desks checking in at once.
What happens in this video
- A new patient is registered: name, 16-digit NIK, date of birth, sex and phone.
- A NIK that already exists is refused, naming the patient who holds it.
- Check-in issues a unique queue number for the day and prints a ticket.
- A phone number change is saved with a before-and-after audit entry.
Every hand-over checked. Every override explained.
Prescriptions arrive from the consult with their KFA codes. JONAH checks them against allergies, drug class and active ingredients, prints the label, and issues stock first-expiry-first-out.
- Allergy and class checks. Penicillin allergy blocks amoxicillin; a cephalosporin is flagged for possible cross-reaction.
- Overrides on the record. Who, when, which drug and why, in the audit log.
- FEFO stock and labels. First-expiry-first-out issue, near-expiry batches and printable dosage labels.
What happens in this video
- A penicillin allergy blocks amoxicillin in red; cefixime is flagged amber for possible cross-reaction.
- Handing over past an allergy flag is refused until a written reason is given; it is audited.
- A dosage label prints and stock is issued first-expiry-first-out, with near-expiry batches listed.
Orders in, results out, nothing on paper.
Lab requests arrive from the consult with their LOINC codes. Enter results against reference ranges, and they appear in the doctor's visit with the out-of-range values flagged.
- Standard codes. Every order and result carries its LOINC code.
- Ranges checked on entry. Out-of-range values are flagged while you type.
- Results where the doctor looks. Linked to the visit, not to a slip of paper.
What happens in this video
- The doctor orders a full blood count by LOINC code from the consult.
- The lab enters results; values below range are flagged amber.
- The flagged results appear in the doctor's consult.
Run the clinic, not the paperwork.
Decide who sees what, see who did what, keep SATUSEHAT reporting healthy, and take your data with you whenever you choose. Built around Permenkes 24/2022 from the first screen.
- Access by role. Six roles; screens a role may not use are hidden, never shown as an error.
- SATUSEHAT you can see. A queue with retries and a one-step backfill for visits recorded before you connected.
- Your data, your exit. Export the whole clinic record any time. A compliance duty, not a paid extra.
What happens in this video
- Six roles, each seeing only its own screens.
- The audit log attributes every sign-in, edit, signature, override and export.
- Failed SATUSEHAT sends wait in a queue; one click retries them (sandbox).
- The whole clinic record exports in one file.
Who can open what
Out of the box. Doctors get read access across the visit; only admins see Admin & SATUSEHAT. Composable roles, for the doctor who is also the owner, are on the roadmap.
